What happens next

We call within a business day to book a time. The visit takes about an hour and you don't need to be there, though it's better if you are. The written summary follows within the week.

Is it really free?

Yes, and there's no clause attaching it to a contract. If the assessment tells you the block is a bad idea, that's a useful outcome and you've paid nothing for it.

Will you pressure us afterwards?

One follow-up call, then we leave it with you. If you tell us you've gone elsewhere, that's the end of it.

We don't own land yet — is it worth calling?

It's the best time to call. We can look at a block you're considering before you buy it, which is far cheaper than finding out afterwards.
