Website terms

The terms that apply to this website. Your building contract is a separate document and it takes precedence over everything here.

This document needs a lawyer before it goes live

What follows is a structural placeholder covering the sections an Australian residential builder normally needs. Replace every bracketed field and have the whole thing reviewed against the Privacy Act 1988, the Australian Consumer Law, and your state's domestic building legislation before publishing.

Prices shown on this site

Every price is an indicative build cost on a flat, serviced block with our standard inclusions. They exclude land, stamp duty, site works, driveways, landscaping, connections, and council or statutory fees. They are not an offer and they are not a quote. A quote is a written document issued after a site assessment.

The cost estimator

The estimator applies broad rates to the inputs you choose. It is a budgeting aid, nothing more. It cannot see your block, your soil class, your access or your overlays, and it will be wrong for any specific site. Do not make a financial commitment on the strength of it.

Images and floor plans

Photographs are illustrative and may show fixtures, finishes, landscaping and furnishings not included as standard. Floor plans show the standard configuration with no options selected and are subject to engineering, council and final documentation.

Availability and changes

Designs, inclusions and prices change. We may amend any of them without notice. The version that binds us is the one attached to your signed building contract.

Intellectual property

The designs, plans, text and imagery on this site are owned by or licensed to MeDu Pty Ltd. [ADD YOUR POSITION ON PLAN COPYRIGHT — it is a live issue in Australian residential building.]
